class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La FGE obtuvo prisi\u00f3n preventiva como medida cautelar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TIJUANA, BAJA CALIFORNIA, A 22 DE AGOSTO DE 2026.- La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Delitos Relacionados con la Violencia de G\u00e9nero Contra las Mujeres, mediante la Unidad de Investigaci\u00f3n Especializada en Delitos de Violencia Familiar, obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Sa\u00fal \u201cN\u201d, por los delitos de lesiones y violencia familiar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el 10 de enero de 2026, alrededor de la 01:00 horas, Sa\u00fal \u201cN\u201d agredi\u00f3 f\u00edsicamente a su concubina, ocasion\u00e1ndole lesiones y ejerciendo actos de violencia en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la audiencia celebrada el 27 de julio de 2026, el Juez de Control dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra de Sa\u00fal \u201cN\u201d por los delitos antes se\u00f1alados y determin\u00f3 imponer la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado refrenda su compromiso de investigar y perseguir los delitos relacionados con la violencia de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como de brindar atenci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n a las v\u00edctimas, garantizando su acceso a la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
